Hi there! I’m Namjune Lee, DPT, OCS, CSCS.
I graduated from Sahmyook University in Korea in 2014 with a degree in physical therapy and started my career at an orthopedic clinic, specializing in manual therapy. Working closely with patients made me realize how meaningful and rewarding this field is. Driven by a passion to grow further, I moved to the U.S. and began studying at Loma Linda University in California in 2017.
Before graduating in 2019, I also earned my CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist), reflecting my strong interest in exercise science and movement-based rehabilitation. I believe that combining therapeutic exercise with manual therapy is one of the most powerful ways to help people recover and thrive.
Since 2019, I’ve been working in New York at an orthopedic clinic, where I continue to treat patients with care and dedication. In 2024, I became a board-certified OCS (Orthopedic Clinical Specialist), further strengthening my expertise in orthopedic physical therapy.
I’m truly passionate about what I do, and I love helping people move better, feel stronger, and return to doing what they love.
Through this blog, I’ll be sharing insights into physical therapy, practical health tips, and stories from my day-to-day experiences. I hope you find it helpful—and feel free to reach out or connect anytime!
